My foolproof procrastination-busting setup: a Pomodoro timer (below) + Brain.FM.
Productivity hack: The Pomodoro technique
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method using a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks. Each interval is known as a pomodoro, from the Italian word for a tomato, after a tomato-shaped kitchen timer. Here's a free, online timer. Give it a go!
4. What's your favourite office software?
As a copywriter, most of my work time is spent in Google Docs (it does the job). Hemingwayapp.com is brilliant for learning how to write simple, easy to understand copy -- which should always be the goal. And I love using Loom to record video walkthroughs of website copy audits.

6. What do you do to switch off?
Forest walks and binge watching TV shows.
7. Do you have any predictions for technology in 2019?
A bigger focus on UX and human connection. Tech companies are realizing that simple, yet human-sounding micro-copy is what they need to focus on. Make it easy, make it obvious... and if you can, add a dash of personality.
