3. Your secret-not-secret productivity hack?
I used to be a big Trello (below) user when I worked in the corporate world, but now I find old fashioned pen and paper notes the way to go. I still have a Google diary for all of my appointments, but I love using my hard copy diary for other daily tasks. I also have a notebook for jotting down anything and everything (though good luck trying to decipher it if you aren't me!) and a to do list for random ideas that pop into my head that don't need to be done by a specific date. It seems a bit all over the show, but it works for me and I guess that's the main thing!
Productivity Hack: Trello
Trello is a task management system that provides users with the tools to organize their business content. You can keep your team productive by syncing boards or integrating various apps. This online app has been a workplace favourite for many since it's initial release in 2011. Explore the app and get your team organized!
4. What's your favourite office software?
In the Microsoft realm, I'm a big fan of Excel. I enjoy analyzing data and finding patterns of meaning, but I'm bad at math. I do know what equations to use to find the answer I'm looking for, but if I had to try and work it out in my head I'd probably cry! Excel is therefore the dream solution. I can just put everything in and make it do the hard stuff. It's great.

5. Your most used mobile application?
Probably Instagram. Sometimes I find myself knee deep scrolling and then realize I can't even really remember opening the app to begin with.
6. How do you switch off?
I take my pups Arny and Meadow for a walk and leave my phone at home.
7. What are you predictions for technology in 2019?
VR and AR will become more accessible to the every day person (fingers crossed anyway), and I'm picking it won't be long until Apple release their own version of Google Home.
Any parting words, Nicole?
Whatever it is that you do, do it well and do it differently.
